Airdrie Little League Baseball will be hosting the Major “AA” (11 & 12 year-old) Prairies All-Star Tournament.  We will be hosting an 8-team tournament this year. This tournament will accept as a priority the Champions of the various District’s Major “AA” All-Star team playdowns but we will accept other “AA” teams from the District on a first come, first accepted basis in order to get the total number of entries to 8 in order to run the tournament. A consolation game will be played between the third and fourth placed teams in each pool resulting in a minimum of four (4) games being played by each team.

The Tournament will commence on Friday, July 31, 2009 and run through to its completion on Monday, August 3, 2009 (Final).  All teams will either play at 3 pm or 6 pm on Friday night.  Teams traveling longer distances will play at 6 pm.  Final will be played, Monday August 3, 2009, and will be used to complete games in case of weather delays.
