2005 Rule Changes

Open Gym Times

Due to insurance purposes of Airdrie Little League, Open Gym Time is restricted to current registered players of Airdrie Little League.

All, we cannot have unregistered players attending our Open Gym Time.  While it might be a bit of a burden, the names of those attending need to be verified against registrations.  If one of the unregistered attendees was to become hurt, our insurance would not cover any liability.  Also, we commit to the schools that the gyms will only be used by registered players for our events.  If you want to print and take registration forms with you for those who are not registered to fill out and collect cheques to complete the registration, that will work as well.  But they must be registered to participate.

Please ensure you enforce this, turning away any players who have not registered.   I suggest you run a full registrant report just before you leave for the gym, filter it for the age group and then print so you have and can check anyone.
