Al & Al Coaching Clinics

It is strongly recommended that all our coaches attend the Al and Al clinics on an annual basis.

Airdrie Little League Baseball (ALLBB) wishes to announce the Board ratified policy on the 2005 Coaching Clinics for the upcoming baseball season.  ALLBB endorses and supports the Official Little League Education Program for Managers and Coaches presented by Al Herback and Al Price (Al & Al Clinic).  There are fundamentally three (3) programs; Getting Started for players 5 – 8 years, Know your Baseball for ages 9 – 12 years, and Advanced Baseball for ages 13 and up.  All ALLBB Volunteer Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and any other potential coach is requested by ALLBB to attend a Coaching Clinic for 2005.

All volunteers including Coaches/Managers, Assistants, Umpires and others involved on a regular basis must complete the following

  1. Little League Volunteer Application
  2. RCMP Criminal Background Check
  3. Consent for a Criminal Record Check for Sexual Offence For Which a Pardon has Been Granted or Issued

The 3 documents MUST be completed and the Criminal Background Check and Little League Volunteer Application the documents are to be "turned in to the respective Director of Baseball for each Division  before any volunteer takes to the field for their 1st practice and or evaluation camps.Items 2 and 3 above must be completed at the RCMP office in Airdrie.
